Su preparaci\u00f3n no presenta grandes complicaciones. Para esto, el cazo tiene que estar en la zona sin fuego.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce las puntas de los esp\u00e1rragos verdes en el cazo y coc\u00ednalos a menos de 70 \u00baC, durante unos 5 minutos. Una vez que est\u00e9n en su punto, ret\u00edralos y reservalos para m\u00e1s adelante.<\/li>\n<li>Ha llegado el momento de empezar a cocinar la carne. Coloca los solomillos de ternera sobre la parrilla y observa c\u00f3mo va cambiando su color. Para conseguir una carne jugosa, desde Domiko te recomendamos atemperar la carne durante al menos una hora.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez transcurridos unos 3 minutos, gira la carne y sala las escamas.
